If your Haqihana harness is damaged and the damage is not covered by warranty you can take advantage of our repair service.
Here you can find all the details:
- repair is possible up to a maximum of 3 damaged webbing straps
- the cost is € 12.00 per each replaced strap
- transport costs (DHL courier) are charged on the customer
- non-DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) parcels will be refused
- only properly sanitized harnesses will be accepted by the repair service (see washing instructions), In case of dirty harnesses a 5.00€ surcharge will be applied
- standard working time 4 weeks
