To ensure maximum comfort, safety, and freedom of movement for your dog, choosing the right size of the Haqihana harness is essential. This guide accompanies you step-by-step to correctly measure your four-legged friend and find the ideal size.

Washing instructions
Haqihana harnesses and leashes can be washed by hand or machine washed on a delicate cycle (we suggest placing them in wash bags for delicates).
Wash with the same care used for washing a wool sweater, for example (mild detergent and cold or room-temperature water).
Leave to dry by hanging in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not spin dry.
Warranty
For five years following the purchase, the harness is guaranteed against any defect, breakage, or other issues not resulting from normal wear and tear, provided the event occurs within the proper use of the item. Haqihana therefore reserves the right to verify its correct use.
Improper use includes, for example, chewing of the item, failure to follow washing instructions, alterations, repairs, or unauthorized handling.
The presentation of the harness ID tag duly completed, stamped, and dated is an indispensable condition to benefit from the warranty. The damaged harness must be returned CLEAN by sending it - by prior telephone agreement - by mail to:

Harnesses received in poor hygienic conditions will be rejected.
Repair
If your Haqihana harness is damaged and no longer under warranty, you can use our repair service.
Here are the details:
- repairs are possible for up to a maximum of 3 damaged webbing sections
- the cost is €12.00 per section to be replaced (or €18.00 —> see details for broken plastic parts)
- shipping costs (via BRT courier) are the customer's responsibility
- the harness will only be accepted if it has been properly cleaned (see washing instructions); otherwise, a €5.00 sanitization surcharge will apply
- processing time is approximately 4 weeks

Exchanges and Returns
The customer has 14 days from the delivery date to exchange the product by sending an email to: info@haqihana.com.
All shipping costs relating to exchanges of sizes or colors will be borne by the customer.

Outside of the aforementioned warranty, Haqihana provides a repair and restoration service, provided this is technically feasible.

The cost of the repair is €12.00 (VAT included) for each replaced segment.
