all products that can be purchased from this site are offered for sale by Haqihana in compliance with Legislative Decree 185/99 and subsequent amendments and additions, and the conditions listed here, which we ask you to accept after viewing them:

2.  Characteristics of the products and the offer

Each product offered for sale is described in its essential characteristics, even with a brief comment on its contents, in the dedicated section of this website. For each item, the selling price including VAT and additional costs is also indicated.

The conditions of the offer of the products are those referred to in this contract, and those reported on the site even during the preparation of the order before the conclusion of the contract. Haqihana reserves the right to modify or update, at any time and without notice, the conditions of the offer except for orders already in progress.

3. Methods of purchase and availability of products

It is possible to purchase the products via the Internet using the appropriate procedure, via e-mail (by sending to the specification of the items you wish to order with the full address, telephone number and / or fax number, the type of payment chosen), by telephone (by calling 031 3520175).

The order transmitted will be considered completed and binding for Haqihana when the latter has become aware of the order itself; in any case, after receiving the order, Haqihana will send a confirmation and summary e-mail to the customer.

The order placed and confirmed will be executed by Haqihana as soon as possible, except for temporary unavailability of the products, ascertained after the conclusion of the contract. In that case Haqihana will inform the customer, via e-mail or telephone, of unavailable products; the customer will therefore have the option, at its sole discretion, to postpone, modify or cancel the order.

In the event of payment by bank transfer, the order will not be executed unless confirmation of the transaction has been received from the Bank; otherwise the order will be cancelled.

4. Payment

Purchases of goods sold by Haqihana can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

In order to shorten shipping times, customers who pay by bank transfer can send a copy of the payment confirmation issued by the Bank or by the Post Office via email to Haqihana.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped by DHL courier.

The delivery time of products within the national territory, from the time of shipment, is on average two working days.

6. Delivery and collection costs

As it is not possible to calculate automatically the shipping cost for each country, you'll be informed by email about the shipping fee.

7. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Legislative Decree 22.5.99 n. 185, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty or motivation, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.

The withdrawal notice can be expressed by registered letter with return receipt. directly to the address of the company, or by fax, e-mail or other equivalent, as long as confirmed by registered letter with return receipt. within the next 48 hours, indicating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and accurately listing which products they intend to return.

In case of withdrawal, the goods purchased and already delivered must be returned by the customer, within 10 working days, starting from the date of receipt, at their own expense, in their complete integrity and sealed in the packaging, without having been opened or private even in part of the original envelope. In particular, the return of CDs or DVDs will not take place if the package containing them has been opened.

In any case, Haqihana will not accept return shipments in freight collect or cash on delivery as the shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the customer. Haqihana, after checking the integrity of the goods, will return to the customer the price of the product excluding shipping costs, no later than 30 days from the time the goods were returned.

Haqihana is not responsible for any damage to the products occurring during shipment or return. Should the company receive returned items damaged or tampered with, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

8. Warranty

In the event that a sent product is defective, Haqihana undertakes to send the same product back within 20 working days of its return, in which case we ask you to send us an e-mail to, or a fax to n. 031 3520171 with the indication of the characteristic and nature of the defect found.

One of our operators will contact you in order to quickly define the methods for replacing the disputed products.

9. Jurisdiction

For civil disputes concerning the application of this contract, the territorial jurisdiction is the Judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the state.
